1. Lead the team to undertake the development and construction of enterprise digital application systems, including but not limited to requirements analysis, scheme design, system development, training and testing;

2. Manage the use of the system, assist in the improvement of the management process of the business sector, and ensure that the system achieves the effectiveness of its use;

3. Regularly summarize the results of project construction, summarize the successful experience, risk issues handling, management methods, etc., and form various systems and management documents;

4. Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the system, promote the continuous iteration, improvement and enhancement of the system to better meet the business needs and assist in the enhancement of the business level;

5. Establishment of sound technical standards, norms, etc. for enterprise digitization, and provision of technical support for relevant digitization construction.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer science or management;

2. More than five years working experience in industrial enterprises, with rich experience in manufacturing digital application solutions;

3. Familiar with the project management process, strong project schedule management and quality management skills, and certified project management competency at PMP level or above;

4. Agile business understanding, good at analyzing more complex business scenarios;

5. Specialized in enterprise-level digitalization application system architecture design, solution design;

6. Lead a team that has undertaken more than two systems development projects with a single contract value of more than 3 million yuan, with myself as the project manager or core developer;

7. Good team management and communication skills.
